Jamie Philip
Managing Director
Jamie has worked in financial services since 2011 and is the Managing Director of Lorica Workplace. He is passionate about the delivery of financial education in the workplace and encouraging people to save more towards retirement so that they achieve their life goals.
Jamie is an Investment Manager by background and has vast experience in investing across all asset classes, having also previously run investment research functions. He is a member of the Investment Committee of our sister company Saltus, with responsibility for over £1bn. He has experience in managing portfolios on behalf of private clients, trusts and corporates. At Lorica he oversees the analysis and investment governance of Workplace default schemes.
Jamie has previously been named one of the Top 30 Wealth Managers Under 30 in the UK. He graduated with a First Class BA Economics degree and Masters in Finance with Distinction, from the University of Leeds.

David Burton
Saltus Financial Planner
David advises clients on a wide range of planning requirements including, pensions, investments, tax and insurance. Over a distinguished career, he has specialised in supporting senior executives with their retirement planning. David regularly helps
his clients to manage their wealth tax efficiently, consolidate in preparation for retirement and understand complex employer pensions schemes.David has spent almost 40 years as an adviser and is widely recognised within the industry. He began his career with HSBC before spending 16 years advising both corporate and personal clients at Barclays. He joined Lorica in 2003 with a focus on the workplace pensions market before the successful merger with Saltus in 2018.
In addition to supporting his clients, David is a keen mathematician (test him!) and enjoys spending time with his family when he isn’t out on the golf course.

Jordan Gillies
Group Head of Financial Wellbeing
Jordan is passionate about financial wellbeing and has regularly presented at national conferences on the subject. He has particular expertise in helping people ‘re-think’ retirement, carrying out workshops on the topic for numerous conglomerates and global CEO networks. Pensions – boring? Think again. Jordan dives into the psychology of saving and investing in a truly alternative way and more importantly helps you understand what it all means to YOU!
Jordan has been working in the financial services industry for almost 10 years, working at Seven Investment Management prior to joining Lorica Workplace in 2020. When he isn’t discussing pensions and compounding at the dinner table, he enjoys running, country pursuits, spending time with his family and walking his dog Nigel.

Gill Hibbard
Group Head of Corporate Goverance
Gill works closely with corporates and their governance panels to ensure that the value, performance, service and sustainability of their scheme is fully challenged with their provider. Throughout her career, Gill’s motivation has been ensuring that the customer is always the focus of any process. She has long been fascinated by how technology can be used to help people better understand and manage their money. Consequently, she also provides guidance to our clients on how to harness technology to effectively implement group risk and employee benefits across their business.
Gill joined the financial services industry in 1996, when she became involved with Barclays’ online banking pilot project. She joined Lorica in 2010, initially on a consultancy basis, and now heads up all Governance operations across the business. She is also an experienced compliance officer and harness’s this experience when considering the robustness of a corporate’s governance process. Gill is a current member of REBA and is regular contributor to their literature.
Gill enjoys spending time in France with her husband and suitably named dog, Remy. Gill loves to continue learning, and is always studying for the next exam. When possible to attend, she is a fan of live music – the louder the better!.

David Norton
Saltus Financial Planner
David specialises in providing clients with clear and comprehensive solutions to meet their financial objectives. He helps clients of all types navigate the complexities of pensions, tax rules and investment strategies in preparation for a successful retirement. However, he has significant experience in aiding those within the oil and gas, aviation and legal sectors and is considered a foremost expert on corporate pension arrangements in these areas. In addition, David takes a keen interest in advising individuals in the professional sports arena having played golf professionally in the early 2000s.
He has been qualified as an adviser for over 12 years and holds a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. He entered the financial services industry in 2005 originally working for Lorica and later moving to AON in 2014. Having joined Saltus in 2018 as a partner, David is now a valuable member of the Saltus team.
In addition to supporting his client’s, David enjoys spending time with his young family as well as giving us all a run for our money on the golf course!

Jack Munday
Saltus Financial Planner
Jack works with individuals and families to provide pensions and investment advice in line with their needs and objectives. Jack has a focus on helping both employers and employees to navigate complex pension schemes. He also brings particular expertise in using appropriate tax vehicles to help those accumulating wealth, as well as structuring assets for individuals looking to draw a tax-efficient income in retirement.
Jack joined Saltus in 2017 and has considerable experience having worked in the industry for almost 10 years. He has the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and is currently working towards his chartered status.

Jeremy Daniels
Saltus Financial Planner
Jeremy helps his clients meet their financial objectives by focusing on effective tax planning and sound investment solutions. He advises clients on how save tax efficiently during their working career to minimise the tax they incur in retirement and maximise their overall pot. He has a hands on approach and focuses on building long-term, trusted relationships. This allows his clients to leave their financial planning to him and concentrate on the things they most enjoy in life. Whilst he has a passion for retirement planning, he helps his client base prepare for a wide range of milestones in their lifetime.
Jeremy has spent over 35 years as a prominent member of the industry. He began his career in accountancy before spending 22 years with Standard Life working with both corporate and personal clients. He joined Lorica in 2006 establishing their wealth management division before joining Saltus following a successful merger in 2018.
In addition to supporting his clients, Jeremy has always been involved in his local Rugby club. He has both played and coached in days gone by, but more recently travels further afield to watch his son at the weekends. You might also spot him tramping through the countryside with his three flat coated retrievers.
