Group Head of Corporate Goverance
Gill works closely with corporates and their governance panels to ensure that the value, performance, service and sustainability of their scheme is fully challenged with their provider. Throughout her career, Gill’s motivation has been ensuring that the customer is always the focus of any process. She has long been fascinated by how technology can be used to help people better understand and manage their money. Consequently, she also provides guidance to our clients on how to harness technology to effectively implement group risk and employee benefits across their business.
Gill joined the financial services industry in 1996, when she became involved with Barclays’ online banking pilot project. She joined Lorica in 2010, initially on a consultancy basis, and now heads up all Governance operations across the business. She is also an experienced compliance officer and harness’s this experience when considering the robustness of a corporate’s governance process. Gill is a current member of REBA and is regular contributor to their literature.
Gill enjoys spending time in France with her husband and suitably named dog, Remy. Gill loves to continue learning, and is always studying for the next exam. When possible to attend, she is a fan of live music – the louder the better!.
